What the audit checks

Five things Google weighs before it shows your business.

  1. 01

    Profile completeness

Whether your primary and secondary categories, services, products, attributes, hours, description and photos are filled in, and how that compares with the profiles ranking above you. Incomplete profiles are the most common and cheapest problem to fix.

  2. 02

    Review velocity

Not only your star rating and total count, but how quickly new reviews arrive compared with competitors. Recency matters to Google and to customers: a profile with no new reviews in six months looks closed.

  3. 03

    Ranking keywords

Which searches your profile appears for, and roughly where, including the high-intent “near me” and “[service] in [city]” terms that turn into calls.

  4. 04

    Competitor comparison

The businesses outranking you side by side: their categories, review counts, posting activity and profile completeness. It usually shows exactly which gaps to close first.

  5. 05

    AI-search visibility (Gemini)

Whether AI assistants such as Google's Gemini surface your business when people ask for a recommendation in your category. This is a new channel and most local businesses haven't checked it yet.

After you get your results

A score is useful. A plan is better.

The report shows what's missing. A short call with us turns it into an order of operations for your category and market.

  1. Read your score

Look at where you lose the most ground: usually categories, review velocity or missing services. Screenshot it or keep the tab open.

  2. Book a 20-minute results review

We go through your report with you, explain which gaps matter most in your category, and estimate what fixing them is likely to be worth.

  3. Leave with a written fix list

You get a prioritized list of fixes whether you hire us or not. Plenty of owners handle the first few themselves.
