Your cheapest next saleis already sittingin your customer list.

Winning a new customer costs far more than bringing back one who already trusts you, yet most businesses never email their list. We set up the automated emails that should be running quietly in the background, then send campaigns people actually open.

What it is

What this service covers

Email marketing has two parts. Automated flows are triggered by what a customer does: a welcome series, a review request after a job, a maintenance reminder, a win-back after months of silence, an abandoned-cart email. Campaigns are the newsletters and promotions you send to everyone or to a segment.

Flows do most of the work. Once built, a seasonal tune-up reminder or a six-month dental recall runs every day without anyone touching it.

None of it matters if emails land in spam. Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require bulk senders to authenticate their domain, so every engagement starts with SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup and list hygiene.

Who it's for

A good fit if you're…

  • Service businesses with repeat or seasonal work (HVAC, dental, auto, landscaping)
  • Ecommerce stores without abandoned-cart and post-purchase flows
  • Businesses with a customer list they've never emailed
  • Companies sending newsletters that go unopened or land in spam

Process

How the work runs

  1. Deliverability and list audit

Domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sender reputation, list sources and hygiene, so your emails reach inboxes.

  2. Flow map

We map the moments that matter in your customer lifecycle and decide which automated emails to build first based on likely revenue.

  3. Build and write

Flows designed, written and tested on your platform (Klaviyo, Mailchimp or whatever fits), with segmentation by customer type and history.

  4. Monthly campaigns and testing

Scheduled campaigns with subject-line and offer tests, reported by revenue or bookings rather than opens.

FAQ

Questions owners ask us

How often should I email my customers?

Automated flows go out when they're triggered. For campaigns, most local businesses do well with one or two a month, and ecommerce brands often send weekly. Consistency matters more than frequency, and we watch unsubscribes to find your ceiling.

Which email platform should I use?

Klaviyo is usually the strongest choice for ecommerce. Mailchimp or a CRM's built-in email often suits service businesses. We'll recommend based on your list size, integrations and budget, and handle the migration.

Will my emails land in spam?

Authentication, list hygiene and relevant content are what keep you in the inbox, and we set up all three. We also monitor spam complaint rates, which Gmail and Yahoo now enforce for bulk senders.
